From a philosophical perspective, the most malicious political red herrings are those that distract from the fundamental issues at hand and manipulate public opinion. This can include using fear-mongering tactics, spreading misinformation, and creating false dichotomies to divert attention from the real problems. These tactics undermine the pursuit of truth and rational discourse, which are essential for a functioning democracy. Additionally, they can lead to the erosion of trust in political institutions and the polarization of society. Ultimately, these red herrings hinder the pursuit of justice and the common good. **

Herrings need to be soaked before pickling to remove excess salt and to reduce their strong fishy flavor. Soaking the herrings in water helps to rehydrate them and make them more pliable for pickling. This process also helps to improve the texture of the herrings and allows them to better absorb the flavors of the pickling solution. Overall, soaking the herrings before pickling helps to create a more balanced and flavorful end product. **

Blue-red stripes after training, also known as petechiae, are caused by tiny blood vessels bursting under the skin due to intense physical activity or pressure. This can happen when there is increased pressure on the capillaries, such as during weightlifting or intense exercise. The burst blood vessels result in the appearance of blue-red stripes on the skin, which typically fade within a few days as the body reabsorbs the blood. It is important to ensure proper form and technique during exercise to minimize the risk of developing petechiae. **

It is not recommended to drink Red Bull before strength training. While the caffeine in Red Bull can provide a temporary energy boost, it may also increase heart rate and blood pressure, which can be dangerous during intense physical activity. It is important to fuel your body with proper nutrition before a workout, such as a balanced meal or snack that includes carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats. Staying hydrated with water is also crucial for optimal performance during strength training. **
